Minister: Rev. Robert Campbell

Associate Minister: Rev. Geza Szemok

Choir Director: Nathan Poole

Organist: Don Menzies

Guest Organist Lynne Mavins

The Sunday School is taking a break and will resume classes on September 12. For the summer, Activity Sheets are available in the Narthex for children to work on during the service. Nursery: Supervised care for children under the age of 3 years is available in the nursery. Should children become restless during worship, parents may wish to care for their children in the Crying Room, where the service is received through closed-circuit television. An usher will be pleased to direct you to either location.

Hearing Assistance Earphones are available in the entrance lobby each Sunday. Please ask an usher if you wish to use one. Cellular Phones: We thank you for your co-operation in turning all cellular phones and pagers off or to mute during the service. Washrooms: For your convenience, the entrance lobby has two washrooms, which are wheelchair accessible and have change tables for infants.

While it is our custom to stand for a number of parts of the service, people are welcome to remain seated as necessary.

CALL TO WORSHIP

HYMN 660 “How Firm a Foundation”

PRAYER OF APPROACH

PRAYER OF CONFESSION

Most merciful God,
we confess that we have sinned against you
in thought word, and deed,
by what we have done,
and by what we have left undone.
We have not loved you with our whole heart;
we have not loved our neighbour as ourselves.
We are truly sorry and humbly repent.
For the sake of your Son Jesus Christ,
have mercy on us and forgive us,
that we may delight in your will,
and walk in your ways,
to the glory of your holy Name. Amen.

Silence for personal confession.

LITANY

LORD, have mercy.
Christ, have mercy.
LORD, have mercy.
